Notes:-Evening turbo ride. Spent my NWD tiling the kitchen with upstands to replace the wee damaged skirting boards which had been destroyed by the dogs. Sas in Manchester and Harry out with his mates and girlfriend Remmy in Tamworth. Tom messaged with a pic of him also out for halloween looking a bit drunk... Im not sat on the sofa with Simba snoring... Pushed it a bit tonight which seems to show an improvement.
