Notes:-First ride out in nearly a month. had bad cold and knee problems. Also Sarah still poorly and still working through re organisation at NHSE so not much time to get out. Quite a slow start as left knee was playing up but soon improved. Not bad pace towards the end. Felt quite slow but time isnt too bad considering.
