Notes:-After work ride. Wet and blustery with a few showers. Roads muddy due to farmers ploughing and bringing in crops. Busy time at work but feels like Ive got into my stride. This time last year I was tearing my hair out with the ITP. Being a COO isnt easy but I feel more in control of a complex organisation that I did with my work at NHSE. Whilst it was cold, wet, muddy and windy it was still awesome.
