Notes:-Not technically an allowable activity in my system.. However lots of calories burned in leu of any other activity this week. Had hoped to get out on the bike with those shiny new tyres. However we did a massive blast on the house yesterday. Needed to get straight after the holiday plus many many washing machine loads of the kids clothes from Explorer camp. Everyone pulled together which made it a bit easier. Did a charity shop run and got rid of 5 bags of clothes which were cluttering up the loft and spare room. After a stressful Sunday morning of dog mess we pent today in Northampton doing the bungalow garden and getting rid of a binload of rotting garden rubbish. Then off to Adys to clear his back patio of a log pile plus overgrowing trees. Quite heavy work but cleared the log pile and removed overgrown trees. Hoping this all helps with Sarah and Adys relationship, fingers crossed. Also hoping the bungalow sale goes through soon as its really dragging on. Latest saga related to the bloody solar panels which are more trouble than they are worth.....
