Notes:-Lunch canal walk. Wet week and kidney and lower back pain have made riding my bike less appealing. Tom comes back from Iceland tomorrow so looking forward to having him back home. Having bursts of productivity at work but generally feeling crap and a bit disengaged. Overall health wise Im not feeling great, suspect its kidney stones and IBS. The IBS brought on by the stress Ive had over the past year or so, not sure whats causing the kidney stones. Last scan I had was back in august which came back clear. Its almost 2 years since my last trip to hospital with a stone.
